The 2012 Northeast District Convention will be hosted by the Gamma Xi chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi and the Beta Eta chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at University of Maryland College Park on March 23-25, 2012.

The Student Conductors Program gives one brother and one sister the opportunity to conduct in front of their peers! This will occur during Reading Band in the Friday afternoon block. Each conductor will have about 15 minutes to rehearse a song, which will be available to them before convention starts. 2 University of Maryland Professors and 1 National HQ Staff Member will be there for constructive critique.
